AHRESP - Association of Hotels, Restaurants and Similars of Portugal understands that the prohibition of circulation between municipalities, imposed by the Government for the period between October 30 and November 3 does not apply to reservations already made by customers.

“Following the publication of the Resolution of the Council of Ministers dated October 26, 2020, more specifically following its subparagraph l) of number 16 which states that the prohibition between municipalities does not apply“ to the movement of non-resident citizens to places of permanence ”, AHRESP understands that the reservations previously made, both in the field of tourism accommodation and in the field of family and corporate events, are accommodated in this formulation”.

However, because there are doubts about the interpretation of this standard, AHRESP guarantees: "so that the issue can be properly clarified, we will question the tutelage in this regard".
