The Lisbon stock exchange closed Thursday's session on negative ground, on a day when, for the first time in history, the interest on Portuguese Treasury Bonds for 10 years negotiated the negative interest in the secondary market, touching -0,01%.
The main Portuguese stock index, PSI-20, closed with a devaluation of 0,46% to 4.607,25 points. It is the first fall after five sessions to negotiate on 'green'.
The Lisbon square, which started with gains and maintained them until the beginning of the afternoon, ended up being penalized by the 2,94% drop in BCP, to 11,88 cents, as well as by Galp Energia, which fell 2,24% to 9,50 euros. Also noteworthy is the fall of almost 2% in CTT - Correios de Portugal and 1,53% in Novabase.
The shares of retailer Jerónimo Martins fell 0,32% to 14,12 euros, on the day that the owner of Pingo Doce approves, in an extraordinary general meeting, a dividend of 13,8 cents per share.

In the rest of Europe, sentiment is equally pessimistic. The German DAX index slid slightly 0,01%, the British FTSE 100 lost 0,45%, the Spanish IBEX 35 fell 0,73%, the French CAC 40 depreciated 0,08% and the Italian FTSE MIB fell 0,44 %. Only the Dutch AEX rose 0,17%.
