TAP formalizes changes in the composition of the board of directors

Taking into account the formalization of the positions in a statement, TAP's board of directors currently consists of Miguel Jorge Reis Antunes Frasquilho, who remains as chairman of the board of directors and formally enters José Manuel Silva Rodrigues, former chairman of Carris as a member of the board administration.

TAP formalized changes in the composition of the board of directors and disclosed in a statement this Wednesday, October 28th.

According to the statement, TAP's board of directors currently consists of Miguel Jorge Reis Antunes Frasquilho, who remains chairman of the board of directors, Ramiro José Oliveira Sequeira as a member of the board of directors and chairman of the executive committee and Raffael Guarita Quintas Alves as member of the board of directors and member of the executive committee. Alexandra Margarida Vieira Reis is a member of the board of directors and member of the executive committee and formally joins José Manuel Silva Rodrigues, former president of Carris, as a member of the board of directors.

On July 30, Jornal Económico reported that Ramiro José Oliveira Sequeira's name was on the short-list to succeed Antonaldo Neves at the helm of TAP, Ramiro Sequeira started his duties on August 6, 2018 as Chief Operating Officer.
